Clients have engaged Kimberly on organizational development, leadership development and communications strategy, and as an executive coach and facilitator.

Prior to launching the firm in 2012, Kimberly served as Executive Director of American Rights at Work, a national labor policy organization that merged with Jobs with Justice under her leadership in 2012.

On occasion, Kimberly returns to her roots as a writer and communications strategist. She has been quoted or published editorials in national news outlets including The New York Times, Politico, The Hill, and on the websites of Ebony and NBC News. She has also appeared on TVOne’s NewsOne Fox Business, CNBC, and been a guest on numerous radio programs. Most recently, Kimberly authored the report, And Still I Rise: Black Women Labor Leaders’ Voices, Power and Promisewhich was released by the Institute for Policy Studies’ Black Worker Initiative in May 2015.
